This style is for right, left, or bilateral breast surgery and is convenient if you have arthritis or trouble fitting the form into the pocket. The polyurethane foam breast forms are half the weight of traditional silicone, allowing for enhanced breathability on hot, humid days. Product Care

Caring for your new Perma-Form® Mastectomy Bra is easy! Gently hand wash in warm water with a mild soap and gently squeeze (do not wring) in a towel to dry. Do not place your bra in the dryer. Instead, hang it on a clothesline to dry completely. Our Perma-Form bras also come with a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects, which is applied to the foam forms inside the bra.
