With lightweight polyurethane foam breast forms permanently sewn in, this bra offers exceptional comfort, shaping, and support. This bra is made for your convenience if you have arthritis or trouble fitting the form into the pocket. The polyurethane breast forms are half the weight of traditional silicone forms, making this bra much more comfortable for wear in hot, humid conditions.

Product Care

Caring for your new Perma-Form® Mastectomy Bra is easy! Gently hand wash in warm water with a mild soap and gently squeeze (do not wring) in a towel to dry. Do not place your bra in the dryer: Instead, hang it on a clothesline to dry completely. Our Perma-Form bras also come with a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects, which is applied to the foam forms inside the bra.
