With non-wire under support and permanently sewn-in lightweight polyurethane foam breast forms, the Alluring Perma-Form® Bra offers superior comfort, style, and support. This bra exudes fashion-forward femininity, featuring a beautifully scalloped neckline and lightly fiber-filled cups. The polyurethane foam breast forms are half the weight of silicone, allowing you to stay calm and comfortable on hot, humid days. The Alluring Perma-Form® is made for your convenience if you have arthritis or trouble fitting the form into the pocket.

Product Care

Caring for your new Perma-Form® Mastectomy Bra is easy! Gently hand wash in warm water with a mild soap and gently squeeze (do not wring) in a towel to dry. Do not place your bra in the dryer: Instead, hang it on a clothesline to dry completely. Our Perma-Form bras also come with a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects, which is applied to the foam forms inside the bra.
