All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day; all orders placed after will be processed the following work day. All orders placed during the weekend or on U.S. public holidays will be processed on Monday or the next business day. For the quickest delivery, we may ship directly from the manufacturer, which may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. CONTOUR MASTECTOMY ESSENTIALS is not responsible for package(s) lost during transit due to incorrect address, i.e., missing apartment number, building number, etc. Your shipment option is best delivered insured. We intend to ensure quick delivery to your destination; however, it is essential to have a complete and correct address. We now offer exchanges through our returns portal. For example, you can request an exchange for the same product for a different size or color or a completely new style.
