Carefully designed with our exclusive Super Strap® to decrease shoulder pain, this bra provides improved support and comfort, ideal for full-figured women. Perfect for full and heavy breasts, each cup is lightly fiber-filled for excellent shaping and enhanced support. Our ultra-lightweight polyurethane foam breast forms are permanently sewn in for your convenience. With front and back hook closures, you can choose the most comfortable method to put on and remove your bra easily. Less than half the weight of traditional silicone, the perma-form bra is superior for wear in hot, humid conditions.

Product Care

Caring for your new Perma-Form® Mastectomy Bra is easy! Gently hand wash in warm water with a mild soap and gently squeeze (do not wring) in a towel to dry. Do not place your bra in the dryer: Instead, hang it on a clothesline to dry completely. Our Perma-Form bras also come with a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects, which is applied to the foam forms inside the bra.
