With permanently sewn-in, ultra-lightweight polyurethane foam breast forms, this bra offers exceptional shaping and support to help restore your confidence as well as convenience if you have arthritis or trouble fitting the paper into the pocket. Product Care

Caring for your new Perma-Form® Mastectomy Bra is easy! Wash your hands in warm water with a mild soap and gently squeeze (do not wring) on a towel to dry. Do not place your bra in the dryer. Instead, hang it on a clothesline to dry completely. Our Perma-Form bras also come with a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects, which is applied to the foam forms inside the bra.
