The Contemporary Perma-Form® Bra by Jodee reimagines comfort for right-, left-, or bilateral-breast surgery. Made for your convenience if you have arthritis or difficulty fitting the form into your pocket. Featuring a lightweight polyurethane foam breast form permanently sewn into your favorite bra style, this bra offers excellent shaping and additional support. The lightweight forms are less than half the weight of traditional silicone, allowing for a more breathable, comfortable wearing experience.

**Product Care

Caring for your new Perma-Form® Mastectomy Bra is easy! Gently hand-wash in warm water with a mild soap and gently squeeze (do not wring) in a towel to dry. Please do not place your bra in the dryer; instead, hang it on a clothesline to dry completely. Our Perma-Form bras also come with a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects, which applies to the foam forms inside the bra.
