The Choices Perma-Form Bra by Jodee features a convenient front hook with back adjustments for easy use. Each bra is custom-made for right, left, or bilateral breast surgeries, complete with an ultra-lightweight breast form created from polyurethane foam permanently sewn into place. Made for your convenience, this form is designed for those with arthritis or difficulty fitting it into a pocket. Breast forms weigh less than half as much as traditional silicone breast forms; the Choices Perma-Form Bra is perfect for those hot, humid summer days.

**Product Care

Caring for your new Perma-Form® Mastectomy Bra is easy! Gently hand-wash in warm water with a mild soap and gently squeeze (do not wring) in a towel to dry. Please do not place your bra in the dryer; instead, hang it on a clothesline to dry completely. Our Perma-Form bras also come with a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects, which applies to the foam forms inside the bra.
