Don’t worry about breast forms getting in your comfort: Jodee’s Celebration Perma-Form® Bra is specially designed with polyurethan foam forms sewn permanently into your favorite style for your convenience. These foam forms weigh less than half the weight of silicone forms for a lightweight feel. These exceptionally comfortable and breathable bra cups are lightly fiber-filled for good shaping and additional support.

All Perma-Form® Bras are custom-made. Please allow 15 days extra for delivery—6-month limited replacement warranty against manufacturing defects of the Breast Form. Order your Regular Bra Size. Indicate Right/Left/Double Surgery. Made in USA or imported.

Product Care

Caring for your new Perma-Form® Mastectomy Bra is easy! Gently hand wash in warm water with a mild soap and gently squeeze (do not wring) in a towel to dry. Do not place your bra in the dryer: Instead, hang it on a clothesline to dry completely. Our Perma-Form bras also come with a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects, which is applied to the foam forms inside the bra.
