CONTOUR MASTECTOMY ESSENTIALS applies a non-taxable, non-refundable processing coverage of $7.00. Charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders placed before 2 PM, Monday to Friday, are processed and dispatched the same day; orders placed after 2 PM are processed the following workday. All orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on Monday or the next business day.

Please note that we cannot modify the delivery address once your order has been placed. We are sorry, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in your order shipment, we will contact you via email and/or text.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information. In addition, you can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

CONTOUR MASTECTOMY ESSENTIALS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Should this incident occur, please get in touch with Contour Mastectomy Essentials via our Contact Form so we may contact the shipment carrier to file a claim if your order is damaged or lost. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.

Returns are easy!

If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns. Please note returns are unavailable for the following products: Final sales, discounted, or custom items.
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes once your order has been released for Shipping.

Your order will be delivered via our shipping providers. For the quickest delivery, we may ship directly from the manufacturer via UPS or FedEx.

CONTOUR MASTECTOMY ESSENTIALS is not responsible for package(s) lost during transit due to incorrect address, i.e., missing apartment number, building number, etc. Your shipment option is best delivered insured. We intend to ensure quick delivery to your destination; however, it is essential to have a complete and correct address.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.

We now offer exchanges through our returns portal. For example, you can request an exchange for the same product for a different size or color, or a completely new style. Once we receive your return item and process it, we will ship your exchange.

We want you to be pleased with your purchase—please read our return & refund policy for detailed information on how your orders are processed. Please follow the vendor's guidelines on returns regarding (exchanges of unworn items returned in the original package provided that the item has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn, and that all original labels and tags are attached.

You may return items in accordance with the vendor's guidelines.  Once processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days, MINUS BANK CREDIT CARD FEE(S).
