The polyurethane breast forms are half the weight of traditional silicone forms, making this bra much more comfortable for wear in hot, humid conditions.

Caring for your new Perma-Form® Mastectomy Bra is easy! Gently hand-wash in warm water with a mild soap and gently squeeze (do not wring) in a towel to dry. Please do not place your bra in the dryer; instead, hang it on a clothesline to dry completely. Our Perma-Form bras also come with a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects, which applies to the foam forms inside the bra.
