Sincerely “Lite” Breast Form. An asymmetrical form for more radical surgery. 35% Lighter than traditional silicone. This form is suitable when substantial tissue has been removed under the arm. Custom-made to be ordered for either the right or left side. “Sincerely Lite” breast form features a new lightweight silicone that is softer than ever! This improved softness offers a very relaxed drape and imitates mature breast tissue. It moves and relaxes in just the same way as a woman’s body. It adjusts to body temperature, so it always feels like a part of you—hollow back to fit various types of surgery. It is adequately weighted to restore body balance. Tapered edges for smoothness under clothing. Not affected by chlorine or salt water. Hand wash in lukewarm water with mild soap and towel dry. Comes with a fitted cotton/spandex cover. Each of our breast forms is specifically designed to last up to and beyond the indicated warranty period. Our silicone breast forms come with a two-year warranty. To wash, gently wash your breast forms in warm water using mild soap and pat dry. Do not wring or rub the form. Refrain from wearing pins, jewelry, and other sharp objects during washing, as these can damage the breast form. Never use powder or perfume on your breast form, as these can damage the textured film surrounding it.
