Wear this bra under sheer blouses, low necklines, or under jackets, all while experiencing renewed confidence and beauty. Lightweight polyurethane foam breast forms are permanently sewn in for ultimate comfort and convenience and are available for right, left, or double mastectomy surgeries. Less than half the weight of traditional silicone, this perma-form solution provides superior comfort on hot, humid days.

Product Care

Caring for your new Perma-Form® Mastectomy Bra is easy! Gently hand wash in warm water with a mild soap and gently squeeze (do not wring) in a towel to dry. Please do not place your bra in the dryer: Instead, hang it on a clothesline to dry completely. Our Perma-Form bras also come with a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects, which is applied to the foam forms inside the bra.
